Prayers & Poems – An ACJC Alumni Choir CD

The ACJC Alumni Choir is eager and proud to present Prayers and Poems – the latest milestone in our choral journey!

Prayers and Poems is the result of a recording project we undertook in August 2015, with the aims of challenging ourselves musically and sharing our passion for choral music with a wider audience. It is a snapshot of our ever-changing choir, a celebration of the growth we have experienced over the years.

This album features the music of two outstandingly gifted composers, Eran Dinur and Kelly Tang. Their pieces expertly weave text and music together, demanding sensitivity and understanding in performing them. It was a great pleasure to record their songs, and we hope you will enjoy them too!

Prayers and Poems will be launched at our annual concert, An Evening with Friends 2016 (AEWF 2016), at a price of only $20! Get a ticket to the concert to hear us and the ACJC Choir in action, and get a copy of our album too. We hope to see you there!
